MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dardanos İhracat İthalat ve Emlakçılık Turizm İnşaat Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at Fevzipaşa Mah. Fatih Sk. No:39/B Çanakkale/Türkiye (hereinafter referred to as “DARDANOS”), on the one hand, and the user who becomes a member of www.dardanosfinefoods.com ("Member"), on the other hand, at the time the Member registers on the website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms under which the Member may benefit from the products offered on the website www.dardanosfinefoods.com, owned by DARDANOS, including gourmet foods, olive oils and similar products, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND USE
Accuracy of Information: The Member accepts that the information provided in the registration form, including name, e-mail address and telephone number, is accurate and that the Member assumes all legal and criminal liability that may arise from providing incorrect information.
Age Requirement: The Member must be at least 18 years of age to register on the website.
Password Security: The Member may not disclose the password assigned to or created by the Member to any other person or organization. The right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Service Continuity: DARDANOS may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue operation of the system. The Member may not claim any compensation due to such suspension or discontinuation.
Intellectual Property: All images, designs, logos, recipes and content available on www.dardanosfinefoods.com are the intellectual property of DARDANOS. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
Purpose of Use: The Member may not use the website in any manner that disrupts public order, violates generally accepted standards of morality, harasses or disturbs others, or serves any unlawful purpose.
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)
DARDANOS processes data shared by the Member in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The Member's data may be processed for purposes including order management, campaign announcements where consent has been provided, and compliance with legal obligations. For detailed information, the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy shall apply.
6. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
If the Member provides consent during or after the membership registration process, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to receive e-mails or SMS messages regarding campaigns, discounts and new product announcements. The Member has the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time, free of charge.
7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Member may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling their membership. DARDANOS also reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the membership if the Member acts in violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
8. COMPETENT COURT
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Çanakkale shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
9. ENTRY INTO FORCE
By completing and approving the membership registration form, the Member is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force at the time the Member completes the membership registration process.
