CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Dardanos Fine Foods places customer satisfaction among its highest priorities. The cancellation and return processes for your orders are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, subject to the conditions set out below.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders Not Yet Shipped: Before your order is handed over to the shipping company, you may cancel it in full by contacting us via e-mail at [email protected] before 3:00 PM on the same day.
  • Orders Already Shipped: Once your order has been handed over to Hepsijet, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the Return Conditions will apply.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, return conditions vary depending on the product category:

  • Food Products (Olive Oil, Sauces, etc.): Under the Turkish Commercial Code and applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products that may deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire. However, products whose packaging has not been opened, whose security seal remains intact, and which have not been damaged may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted for products prepared or personalized according to the customer's specific requests.

3. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • It is very important to inspect your package when receiving your order from the Hepsijet courier.
  • If you notice any damage, crushing, or moisture on the outer packaging, you should ask the courier to prepare a "Damage Report" and return the package without accepting delivery.
  • If a defect is discovered after opening the package, such as a broken bottle or leakage, you must photograph the product and notify us within 24 hours. Following inspection, a replacement product will be sent or a refund will be issued promptly.

4. RETURN PROCESS AND SHIPPING WITH HEPSIJET

  • To initiate a return, you must select the products in your order from the "My Account" panel on our website and submit a return request.
  • If you return your products through our contracted shipping company, Hepsijet, the shipping cost will be covered by us. For returns made through shipping companies other than Hepsijet, the shipping cost shall be borne by the sender (Buyer).
    • After creating your return request, you must contact us so that we can generate your return code. At this stage, you will need to provide the full address from which the return will be collected, the full name of the person making the return, and a contact telephone number.
  • The product being returned must be securely packaged together with its invoice, original box, and all accessories.

5. REFUNDS

  • Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant department.
  • Once your return is approved, the product amount will be refunded within 14 business days using the payment method originally used for the purchase (Credit Card / Bank Transfer). The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's procedures.
